This summer, we invite you to experience something truly unique: Caffeine & Cars at RAF Halton — a gathering of coffee lovers, car enthusiasts, and history buffs on one of Britain’s most storied airfields.
Once the heartbeat of RAF pilot training, RAF Halton has seen generations of aviators take their first steps toward the skies. Beneath the enormous hangar doors and beside the grass runways of 02/20 and 02/27, training aircraft like the Cessna 152 and PA28 Piper once sat waiting — pilots pacing through their pre-flight checks before calling in their taxi clearance and chasing the horizon.
Now, for one special day, we’re inviting today’s machines — Porsche, Ferrari, Jaguar, classics and customs — to park where those historic aircraft once stood.
As engines cool and coffee brews, you’ll find yourself surrounded by aviation heritage, automotive soul, and barista craft — all wrapped in the atmosphere of RAF Halton’s iconic hangars and expansive grounds.
Caffeine & Cars Event Ticket Refund Policy
At Caffeine & Cars, we work hard to make every event memorable and enjoyable for our community. To ensure fairness and clarity, please note the following refund policy for all event tickets:
Refunds for Mechanical Issues
We understand that unexpected vehicle problems can occur. Refunds will be considered if you are unable to attend due to a mechanical issue with your vehicle. Proof of the issue (e.g., garage invoice, recovery service report) will be required.
Refund Deadline
Refund requests must be made no later than 48 hours before the event. After this point, we are unable to process refunds, as event logistics and capacity are confirmed.
No Refunds After the Event
Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds once an event has taken place.
Ticket Transfers
If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another attendee by contacting us at least 48 hours before the event.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms. We thank you for your understanding and support in keeping Caffeine & Cars running smoothly for everyone.
